At Ella Mae's Boutique, we want you to love every piece you purchase, but we understand that sometimes the fit or style isn't quite right. We offer easy returns within 30 days of delivery for store credit or a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached; items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days and notify you via email.
