How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental United States. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of purchase. Please note that sale items and intimate apparel are final sale.
How do I know which size to choose?
Each product page features a detailed size guide. Since we curate collections from various designers, we also include 'Fit Notes' to tell you if an item runs true to size, small, or oversized.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Ella Mae's Boutique ships to the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our shipping zones to more international destinations soon.
Can I change or cancel my order after it's been placed?
To ensure fast delivery, we process orders quickly. You can request a change or cancellation within 1 hour of placement by contacting our support team, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order is in fulfillment.
